Working principle and characteristics:

This series of products uses high-frequency electronic oscillation circuits, and the sound energy generated by the transducer is directly applied to water, which is atomized under strong acoustic cavitation. The atomized fine water particles are blown into the humidification space through a unique air duct. During atomization operation, there is no mechanical drive, no noise interference, no pollution, high atomization efficiency, no condensation, low failure rate, simple maintenance, and low energy consumption. It is a reliable and practical acoustic industrial humidification equipment.

Principle of Acoustic Atomization

Install piezoelectric ceramic plates (commonly known as atomization plates) at the bottom of a water container, and apply a driving voltage with a resonant frequency * generated by a driving control circuit to the atomization plate. The atomization plate will then generate oscillating energy. The oscillating energy propagates in the water along a direction perpendicular to the surface of the atomizing plate. At an appropriate water depth, a water column is concentrated on the energy propagation axis, and a large number of small tension waves occur at the front end of the water column, greatly reducing the surface tension of the raised water surface. The water surface is split into many small regions by the wavelength of the surface tension waves, and each region appears to be independent particles that do not bond with each other, emitting into mist in the air. This is the principle of using piezoelectric ceramic plates to atomize water.

Due to the fact that the operating frequency of piezoelectric ceramic plates is within the frequency range of sound waves, we call this type of atomization sound wave atomization, abbreviated as sound atomization.

A sound atomizer is a component that operates based on the principle of sound atomization. As it is commonly used as a core component in humidification products, it is also known as a sound atomization accessory, abbreviated as atomization accessory.

Professional terminology for sonic humidifiers

Fogging amount
The ability of atomization accessories to turn water into mist per hour under rated working conditions (fixed power supply voltage, working current, ambient temperature and humidity, atmospheric pressure, water quality, initial water temperature, atomization chamber volume, working water level, installation structure and form, air supply volume), measured in mL/H (milliliters per hour). Mist output
The actual amount of mist sprayed from the mist outlet pipe after the atomization accessory forms mist in the atomization chamber of the sound atomization device through the fan, measured in milliliters per hour (mL/H). Under the condition of fixed fog generation, the fog output is closely related to the internal structure of the sound atomization device.
Working Water Level
The vertical distance from the center of the atomizing plate surface of the atomizing accessory to the horizontal plane is measured in millimeters (mm). The working water level is an important factor affecting the amount of mist produced by atomization components.
Working Water Level
Under rated working conditions, the working water level at which the atomizing component produces the maximum amount of mist, measured in millimeters (mm). The working water level of atomization accessories with different power supply voltages and working currents varies, and the working water level is usually used as a key reference value for the design of the water level for the acoustic atomization device.
Fog height
During atomization operation, the sound energy axis of the atomization accessory forms a vertical distance from the highest point of the mist column on the water surface to the horizontal plane, measured in millimeters (mm). The atomization height of the atomization accessory determines the design height of the atomization space of the corresponding sound atomization device.

Fogging rate
The ratio of the mist output to the mist generation of the atomization device. The fogging rate is usually used to evaluate the rationality of the flow direction design of fogging pipes and air ducts, and this value is generally above 70% to be considered reasonable.

Atomization chamber
The water container and corresponding atomization space of the atomization accessory during normal atomization work, as well as the structure of the atomization chamber, directly affect the mist output of the acoustic atomization device.

Fog formation efficiency
The amount of mist generated per unit of power consumption by atomizing accessories, measured in milliliters per hour watt (mL/h. W). The higher the fogging efficiency, the more energy-efficient the atomization components are.

usage

The JYCS series sonic atomizer humidifier is designed for two different usage modes. It can be hung on the exterior wall or replaced with rubber wheels to adapt to different conditions of use. The humidifier atomization box adopts a fully stainless steel enclosed structure, with a beautiful and elegant appearance. The CS series acoustic atomization humidifier is divided into two models based on different control methods: (1) manual switch control working mode, which users can manually control according to their own needs; (2) The intelligent computer control instrument has an automatic control mode. Users can set humidity or time parameters according to the requirements of the humidification space. The equipment can automatically work within the set values, with humidity set between 1% RH-98% HR and time set between 1-199 minutes.
